All orders must be paid for at the time of ordering, we offer card and PayPal payments through our website.

Due to the dynamic nature of our website, we cannot guarantee that items in your cart will not be purchased by other customers before you finalise your purchase. 

Once an order is placed we cannot change or modify orders or alter the method of payment.

We are happy to combine orders, please note due to previous issues with non-payment, postage will be charged on each order and the difference refunded to you at time of sending. Please ensure you place a note in the comment box on checkout that you are requesting a combined order.

International orders and freight forwarding addresses

Middle Hill Farm reserves the right to cancel an order identified as from an international billing address, or where we believe an order may be intended for on-shipping overseas. Australian tubers require significant preparation for export including certificates and declarations, and we are neither accredited, nor consent, for the export of our products overseas. Identified orders will be refunded, minus a 50% processing charge. We reserve the right to report suspicious orders to the Australian Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry.

Product Availability & Condition

The quantity of products available on this website is updated prior to our Spring Sale, and again in October/November for our Post-Planting Sale.  We do not take preorders at this stage. 

We make the best efforts to ship all items purchased by the buyer, however, Middle Hill Farm reserves the right to notify and refund full or partial orders if products become unavailable or are otherwise unsuitable for shipping.

Dahlias are a natural product, and are prone to varied appearance due to weather, digging, soil conditions and other factors. Your tuber may look a little different, but will grow as normal. We actively remove plants with signs of virus or poor health, however we cannot guarantee that all tubers sold will be virus free. As we have no control over your planting, growing or care provided, we are unable to refund tubers after the initial five day refund period, however are available to contact if you need assistance.

Please note some stock available in our 'Post Planting Sale' is of what we consider planting quality, and will look different to the conventional tuber. These are marked as 'planting quality' at the time of sale and a discount applied, and sale is on an as-is basis.

At times our tubers may have fallen prey to mother nature and experienced a storage failure. If a cultivar you have purchased is not appropriate for sale at time of packaging, you will receive a refund for that cultivar.
