Shipping Policy
We are currently unable to ship to Western Australia, the Northern Territory or internationally due to quarantine restrictions..
Tubers will be shipped in September to October once they are woken from storage and quality checked.
All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking provided. Whilst we take care in packaging, we are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to Australia Post.
Express post and/or registered post can be arranged at buyer's expense, please contact us with your order number.
Order Changes
Orders cannot be altered, substituted, or modified once placed.
We are happy to combine orders where possible. Shipping will be charged on each order and the difference refunded to you at time of dispatch.
Please ensure you leave a note in the comment box on checkout.
Refunds & Replacements
Please inspect your order on arrival. If you have any concerns, contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos.
We will assess each case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
We cannot guarantee performance once planted, as this depends on growing conditions.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Incorrect Variety
While we take care to ensure tubers are true to type, occasional errors can occur.
